I currently hold Boxes 3-12 and the majority of Boxes 0-2. I am available to visit schools in the Devon region - but I can reach Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset on special request. On a particular visit I would run/demonstrate the Roadshow activity for a half or full day: run in the usual lesson times, or as part of special puzzle day, inset day, parents evening, etc. Subject to the particular type of event being held it’s likely that I can bring some assistance in the form of other undergraduates/PGCE students and university staff. However it would be good to have school/support staff on hand to help in the supervision (especially for large groups).

Availability: Generally a visit should be organised at least 2 weeks in advance. I am generally available (on average) for 1 visit per month, where a “visit” might include a multi-day event.

Equipment loan: at present Boxes 3,4,11,12 are available for loan.

Typical charges:
• For full day: £150 +travel/accommodation expenses.
• For half day: £75 +travel/accommodation expenses.
• Loan: £50 per pair of boxes (including P&P).

Accommodation is not likely to be required if the event is in the day time and close to Exeter (by rail/bus). Fee assumes myself and one other assistant (and is up for negotiation depending on the type of event and funds available).

Box -1 Years 1 & 2   Box 6 Year 10
Box 0 Years 3 & 4   Box 7 Year 10/11
Box 1 Year 5   Box 8 Year 11/12

For Boxes 0, 1 and 2 I have the majority, but not all available puzzles within these sets. I will be happy to run Year 3-6 sessions (and would supplement with suitable puzzles from Boxes 3/4): please enquire.
